1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and purchases made through thesbc.net, operated by Shahrazad Baghdad General Trading Limited Liability Company. By placing an order and expressly accepting the applicable sales terms, customers agree to these conditions, without waiving any mandatory rights under Iraqi law.
2. Products
SBC offers skincare, haircare, cosmetic, and related beauty products. Product descriptions, sizes, ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, and available expiry information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Product images are illustrative; packaging appearances may change. Material differences affecting the product will be disclosed.
3. Pricing
Product prices and checkout totals will be displayed in Iraqi dinars (IQD). Delivery costs 5,000 IQD throughout Iraq, at every order value. Delivery fees, applicable taxes, and other additional charges, if any, will be disclosed before final order confirmation. SBC reserves the right to correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order. Customers will be informed and may accept the corrected price or cancel without charge.
4. Orders and Confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Before confirming an order, customers must have the opportunity to review and correct their details. The website will present the order summary, total price, payment method, delivery information, and applicable conditions. An order becomes contractually confirmed after the required confirmation and acceptance steps have been completed and the customer receives confirmation in accordance with applicable Iraqi requirements. Orders may be subject to stock availability and verification.
5. Payment Methods
SBC supports: • Cash on delivery, where available. • Electronic payments through the payment methods displayed during checkout. Electronic payment transactions are processed by authorized payment service providers. Customers should not send card information through unofficial messages or channels.
6. Delivery
SBC currently delivers within the Republic of Iraq only. Shipping is 5,000 IQD throughout Iraq. Available destinations, applicable shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and maximum delivery periods will be disclosed before order confirmation. Delivery availability and timing may vary by governorate and address. If delivery cannot be completed, SBC will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within seven calendar days after delivery, subject to SBC's published Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Damaged, defective, expired, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed products are handled under the applicable legal requirements and are not automatically excluded because their packaging has been opened.

Customers should read product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, and directions before use. Cosmetic products may produce different results depending on individual skin or hair characteristics. Customers with sensitivities should review ingredients carefully and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary. SBC does not represent ordinary cosmetics as treatments or cures for medical conditions unless such claims are duly authorized and substantiated.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, trade names, product images, trademarks, graphics, and written materials belong to SBC or their respective owners and licensors. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
10. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. SBC provides a mechanism to request account cancellation, data correction, and deletion, subject to legally required record retention.
11. Customer Support and Complaints
Customers may submit inquiries, complaints, or disputes through the official support channels. SBC will disclose its complaint-handling procedure and response timeframe on the website, acknowledge complaints, and work toward a fair resolution.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. SBC is responsible for its legal obligations as the seller. Events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery or website availability, without eliminating customers' statutory remedies.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes shall be addressed through the competent Iraqi authorities and courts, subject to mandatory applicable provisions.
14. Amendments
SBC may revise these Terms prospectively. The terms applicable to a confirmed purchase will not be changed retroactively to the customer's detriment, except where required by law.
